Everything We Do, and Nothing We Don’t
Royal Dane Roofing works on houses only. No strip malls, no warehouses, no pretending to be four companies at once. Twenty-four residential services in seven families, each with its own page, its own process, and the same owner on the roof. If your project is not on this list, call (801) 750-4243 anyway and Jeremy will point you to someone good.

Roofing, the Main Event
The core of the company. Tear-offs and full replacements with IKO architectural shingles, metal systems for homes and cabins, low-slope work on additions, and the ventilation that decides how long any of it lasts. Repairs get the same care as installs, because a hundred well-driven nails matter more than any brochure.
Storm and Insurance, Handled Calmly
When hail or canyon wind gets your roof, you need two things: honest documentation and somebody local who will still answer the phone next year. We photograph the damage, dry the roof in if it is leaking, meet your adjuster, and restore the roof properly. No door knockers, no inflated claims, no games with your deductible.

Gutters, the Quiet Guardians
Utah snowmelt has to go somewhere, and the wrong somewhere is your foundation. We repair sagging and leaking runs, replace systems that are past saving, and install Alu-Rex continuous hangers that hold a gutter straight through freeze and thaw instead of letting spikes work loose one winter at a time.
Siding, the Weather Side
Four fifths of your house’s weather protection is the walls, and Utah sun and canyon wind are hard on them. We install James Hardie fiber cement and composite plank, repair wind-torn and cracked panels with matched material, and re-side whole houses when patching stops making sense. Flashed by the same crew that does the roofline.

The Roofline’s Finish Work
The soffit is where your attic breathes in, and the fascia is the board your gutters trust their weight to. When either fails, ice dams, pests, and rot follow. We repair sagging panels and soft board sections, and replace whole runs with vented, wrapped systems that never need paint.
Under Deck, the Bonus Room
A raised deck sheds water straight onto whatever sits below it. With a ceiling system and proper drainage, that space becomes a dry patio instead of a drip zone, and the deck framing above stays sound for decades longer. It is roofing logic applied under your feet.
Curious what any of this looks like done? The gallery is all our own work, and the service areas page shows where the truck goes.
